Iowa's Whitetail Bucks in Pre-Rut Activity!

Using motion activated trail cameras, these Iowa whitetail bucks were photographed at two scrape locations on our property during October and November.


Young 1 1/2 year old with a lot of potential - October 6, 2007.	Same deer different view.

There are 17 scorable points on this mature 5-6 year old.	Same deer up close - October 24, 2007.

Nice young 8 point has a lot of potential - October 25, 2007.	Same deer different view.

This 3 year old is not the quality we want to see.	Would make a good managament buck to harvest.

Very impressive 8 pointer has many stickers - October 26, 2007.	In a couple years he could be 160+ main frame 8 point.

Mature 4 1/2 year old with nice mass.	A fine trophy for anyone - October 31, 2007.

This 10 Point is 160+ B&C - November 1, 2007.	Young 10 point has the whole package - tine length and mass. A true trophy - November 3, 2007.
